The Window Depot serves all of Tampa Bay, from Bradenton to St. Pete Beach, Clearwater to New Port Richey, Dade City to Brandon to Riverview, South Tampa to New Tampa to Westchase. We hire specialists in each field for the products we offer and are installed at your home or business. "In January of 2021 we ordered 3 replacement external doors from the Window Depot. Due to delays caused by COVID, the doors were not actually installed until the 2nd of November. During this time we had to keep calling them to get a status update as they didn't reach out to us at all. During the installation the weather stripping/molding and peep hole parts were missing and we were told that we would be contacted about getting them installed since they are required to have the doors properly inspected. It is now two months later and we have yet to have the doors finished and inspected. Once again we have had to call them for status and are given standard blow hard false promises such as, "I will get a status and get right back to you" and then we never hear from them. They sure want your money but their customer service is atrocious and I will never do business with them again nor will I recommend to anyone to use this company."

"Historic homes (ie OLD) always present a unique challenge when it comes to replacing anything, and doors/windows are probably the worst. Kevin did an absolutely amazing job on our new front door! I’m so impressed with how quickly he was able to get this project knocked out, which invoked A LOT more than simply hanging a new door. The door frame and trim work was all absolutely decrepit, and there was a good size chunk of damaged wall (what was left of it, anyway).and I don’t even know what else., but it was an absolute mess. Now the entire entry way looks brand new. I can’t overstate how great everything looks. In addition to the quality of his work, Kevin is wonderful . He’s punctual, clean, quick, and quiet. Communication and scheduling were easy breezy. The total Cost (labor and supplies) was very reasonable, and It was money well spent. He’s definitely going to be our go-to guy for future projects and repairs."
