"Finding a good company is so hard and I thought I did when I met Andy. NOT!!!!! He measured for sod and gave us a price of $2,000. He said we might need a little more. The day the sod arrived he said we need another pallet. We asked how much it would be and he said $700. The bill arrived and it was $1,700. When I questioned it he said we must have misunderstood him and sod went up. I called other companies and it was $700.00 a pallet. I was getting edging to match the rest of my house for my new garden. Andy highly recommended another edging. It cost me $300 and hardly anything was used. It is horrible and all the dirt and mulch falls out into the grass. I have asked him to see if he could sell the remaining pieces to another customer. He said he would but never did. Andy put my flowers in and said it would be $200.00 and that is what he charged but on the bill it said $$700 with a 500 discount. Several areas of sod needs to be replaced. I keep leaving him message, he responds that he is coming and then never shows up. He had family emergencies but a company has employees, send them out. I left him a message that I was disappointed in his service. Andy called my son in law. My son in law told him he will take over from this point. We spent over $5,000 for irrigation and sod. It really makes me sad that I am writing this review. I thought I had found an company that follows though. I think when hiring a company you need to find someone local. Davenport and Winter Garden are to far apart. Get everything in writing before they begin so you know the exact total."

"I don’t usually write reviews, but my experiences with NCG Landscape & Lawn Maintenance were so exceptional that I felt compelled to share. I have been utilizing them for the past 3 years for all of my landscaping needs. The earlier jobs were smaller – installing French drains, etc. However, the job just completed was vey large. I had all of my sod replaced, old landscaping torn out and over 100 plants installed, and my irrigation system overhauled. Their team was incredible. All of them were extremely knowledgeable and hard working as well as polite and personable. Morné is the most responsive company owner I’ve ever dealt with. He would respond after hours and on weekends. He was always on top of things. I strongly recommend them for all your landscaping needs. I honestly don’t think that you will be able to find anyone better!!"
