"They did a nice job on the fence modifications and gate replacement. The guys who came to install were nice enough but didn't hardly speak any English making it very difficult to communicate. When I spoke with the sales guy, I asked about adding drop rods and he couldn't find where to add them to the work order. I also asked about handles and we discussed having 4 handles, one on each side of the two gates. They forgot to install the handles and when they came back they only brought 2. The drop rods they tried to charge an extra $100 dollars for when they were already coming out to put on the handles they forgot. Drop rods are $20 for a set of 2. Literally takes 5 mins to install. Anyway, most of the experience was pretty good. But the details of the gate handles and drop rods to cap the project that was $2k was a bit cheap. "

It took less than a month for Big Sun to order and fabricate all the parts for installation. They sent two installers by the name of Jim and Rod who did the installation in one day. The guys started the job at 7:30 sharp and completed the job the same day. They were very professional and did a great job of clean up. I would not hesitate to hire this company again."
