First, the contractor contacted me immediately and we scheduled a visit for the next morning, however, during the evening, the tech texted me several times with questions and details regarding the sliding door so he could procure the correct parts, he showed up the next morning with the correct parts. The tech was extremely courteous and certainly knew what he was doing because he had the door repaired and working perfectly in less than an hour! I would definitely not hesitate using this contractor again. Well done!"

"Ed showed up on time, was professional and courteous. Had a few challenges installing the dog door because my sliding glass door was installed incorrectly, but he managed to bypass and fix them. Paid him double what he asked for because he came out on short notice and took care of the job. Plan on hiring him in the future for other fixings. Although it wasn't included in the contract, the crew did some additional touch up painting of some doors & baseboards"since we already have the trim paint open."  I had also asked if I could use their ladder to clean and change lightbulbs in the hard to reach chandelier;  I came home and found that they did it for me.  I expected that with the additional work done that they might add on to the bill, but they didn't.  Instead I was more than happy to give the crew a good tip.
