I'm a decent, educated, articulate individual who KNOWS that the relationships that I have with my clients are every bit as important as the work that we do.
"We hired him in the fall of 2018 to remove a non-load bearing wall and rewire some light switches built in to the wall. He did the job fine enough, no major issues, but failed to get the project permitted. We then spent the next 6 plus months following up with him to get the permitting process completed. We spoke with home over phone, exchanged dozens of texts, even ran into him in person and every time he assured us he would get the permit taken care of. He never did and still hasn’t. Job left undone."
