I received call Tuesday morning (approximately 7:45 am) and was told he would report between 8:30 and 9:00 am. He arrived at 8:35 am. Tim started the washer and stated (within 2 seconds) a coupling was broken ($25.00 part). He repaired the washer in about 20 minutes and put everything back that he had moved. "Pete arrived when he said he would, texted me the day of to confirm and texted me when he was on his way. After diagnosing, he determined that the heating element needed to be replaced. The dryer was very dirty inside and he asked for my vacuum and cleaned it out for me while fixing it, which I thought was very nice. He was was done with the job in 1/2 hour. He also gave me a coupon for a dryer vent cleaning which I mentioned I needed in the future as well. I was very impressed and will definitely call them again when I inevitably need another repair!"
