We still have the random shrill noise from the refrigerator which the replacement fans was supposed to fix. Vince installed the new ice maker and it never worked. As of today he has not responded to the BBB or the MA Attorney General's office and he has not offered any refund, even for the "new" parts that never worked, and he did not keep the last appoinment we made with him."

He asked for more of the payment up front than I was comfortable giving but he promised to do the work and said all he had to go on was his word, but as it turns out, his word is garbage. He then made excuse after excuse not showing up when he said he would then stopped returning calls. I will now be taking him to court. "
