This contractor is an unprofessional, dishonest, and utterly incompetent individual who left our bathroom remodel in ruins, cost us thousands, and displayed deeply unsettling behavior. We contracted FMP Builders for a bathroom renovation, entrusting Mikhail with the project. From the start, he was a nightmare. He took over $3,000 upfront, only to vanish after two brief visits. The first visit was solely to collect our money, and the second was marked by inappropriate, creepy comments directed at my wife, making her feel unsafe in our own home. His conduct was unprofessional and downright disturbing. The work he did manage to start was catastrophic. He demolished parts of the bathroom, leaving it in a state of disarray with exposed fixtures, damaged walls, and debris everywhere. The little work done was shoddy and dangerous, requiring extensive repairs. It cost us nearly $5,000 to fix the disaster, including $2,000 just to undo the damage he caused.
