"Sunnyview came to the property and removed a couple of trees for us and did a great job. They were very professional and did exactly what we needed them to do. They cleaned everything up after grinding out the stump’s and we had to put sod down and they did a fantastic job. They were the best price after having several other quotes and they were always friendly and nice and matter-of-fact we are going to have them come out again this coming spring to do more work for us. "Standard work, the fertilizer and weed treatment was outstanding. Very efficient and effective. The aeration and seeding were another issue. Required multiple phone calls and monitoring. It would seem that the staff have communication and followthrough problems when there is a variation from standard. I wanted only one section of the lawn to have a double aeration and seeding. That took four phone calls to get done. Aeration was supposed to be done and was not for several weeks during the extended dry spell. Was told to water the lawn for twenty minutes and they would be there on Monday. Spent the weekend moving a sprinkler around the 1/4+ acre lot to meet the specs. No one came for the next entire week! Called again on Friday and finally showed up on the next Monday. Have signed a contract for both aeration, weed treatment, and fertilizer for 2018 because was very happy with the basic package. But if there are similar problems with the aeration next year, will not be renewing for 2019"

"After the first service they sold out to Trugreen. After the first service the lawn appeared perky and weeds were curling up. After Trugreen took over. They have been late on treatments. We've had to call they haven't communicated. The lawn doesn't appear perky. Weeds don't look like they are fazed. Based on the delayed schedule they are not likely to get in all the treatments we prepaid for. Disappointed."

"There were some truck mechanical issues that prevented the originally scheduled appointment. Unfourtunately, much of a Saturday was lost chasing this person for when he would arrive. Numerous contacts I grew increasingly frustrated. I contacted the office and they said this was unsatisfactory. The owner showed up to complete the work the following Saturday. The owner and his son did a very good job trimming the trees. The one that was too close to the chimney was the primary focus. They also helped to reshape many other trees without any additional cost. They wanted to make sure I was satisfied based on what happened before!!"

"Overall, I'm extremely impressed with LPD+Architectural Stonescapes. Ninety percent of the work was very good the first time; for the remaining part that had some problems, they returned twice more and kept after it until it was done. The bluestone repair, patching up a great big hole, is invisible. If anything, it looks better now that before the excavation. And supervisor Maria Larios was on-site taking charge of the most of the actual work, which is really rare in my experience. Thank you for excellent results.
