He told me the brand of shower door we should look for and once installed the work commenced promptly and finished on time and within budget. "We had an outstanding experience with this company. Mickey was extremely responsive about getting the work underway as soon as possible and we were pleasantly surprised that they were able to start the job a little earlier than they estimated. The wall separating the mid century kitchen from the dining room was demolished, the kitchen was gutted and then the crew replaced all the cabinets, countertops, flooring and backsplash. At the same time, the crew created one large bathroom from two tiny rooms and that also involved tearing down and building walls and installing a large new shower, vanity and frosted pocket door into the new bathroom.  The team also replaced the floor, toilet and sink from another bathroom, which resulted in a sleek, clean looking bathroom. Steve was onsite daily and he ensured that the plumber and electricians came exactly when needed so that no projects were held up. He also let us know when we needed to make decisions ( about paint colors etc) and kept the project moving forward at break neck speed--he actually went the extra mile--bringing a snow blower after a blizzard so the group didn't lose time on the project. At the end of the project, the guys did an incredible job cleaning up. The whole crew was a pleasure to work with and the work was masterfully done. The wall and floor tiles were difficult to install because of the age of the house, but the finished project is beautiful. In fact, we are extremely pleased with the way the house turned out--it has been updated for the way families live today in a manner respectful to the mid-century era. "Transport happened two days late even after an uplift in service to assure the vehicle move happened before or on the target move date. My main issue was the communications of an issue, I was informed the morning of the day the vehicle was suppose to be off the property. Then there was no projected date for resolving the issue that I could pass on the the new property owner and no lead time to allow me to find other carriers to handle the move. Auto Transport - United Freight Of America did continue to work the issue and a new transport was provided two days later however I found out about that 1 hour before the truck was going to meet me at the property. I had arranged to have an alternate transport occur on Friday just before I got the call however I was able to cancel the Friday transport. The C rating would have been a B if there was more communication and if there was a maybe selection for "would I use them again" I would have selected that."

"First off, Mike G. came out to provide the estimate.  He was accurate and thorough and explained to me exactly how he would go about the entire layout and installation.  I am not a novice on home construction or setting tile so it was important to me to have a contractor that would do the job with the same level of care and detail I would have done if doing it myself.  Mike and his crew did exactly that...and did it in a fraction of the time it would have taken me.  Lack of time was the reason I did not take on the job myself and I was not disappointed with my decision.  <p></p> <p><br /></p> <p>In addition to feeling like they were the best selection for the job, they provided me with the best quote as well.  Scheduling was easy and they showed up on time and got straight to work.  Mike answered all of my questions and addressed any thoughts I had immediately.  He chose a perfect layout in a space that was very difficult to work within and the crew did an excellent job at making all of the difficult cuts.  The tiles are level on a floor surface that was not and the grout joints are perfectly in line and spaced accurately throughout.  They paid attention to the little details and I am not a homeowner that hires contractors or is easy to please.  I was looking thoroughly for fault and errors and did not find any.  The floor throughout each room ties in perfectly and looks amazing.  They did whatever they had to do to stay on schedule while not being any inconvenience to us at all.</p> <p><br /></p> <p>They took care of every detail we discussed when getting the estimate, did it for a great price and completed everything on schedule.  If you are looking for a quality tile installation at a fair and reasonable price, look no further.  This crew will not disappoint you.  I appreciate everything Gray Manna and his crew led by Mike Greenwalt did for me and my home.       </p> <br />"
