"Bay Tile did a fabulous job on our bathroom! We had the shower tiled, recessed niche put in, and shower pan removed and replaced with tile. In addition, we replaced the bathtub surround. These guys are true craftsmen. They had so much attention to detail, and they're work is perfection! Around the tub we had some special layouts and cuts that needed to be made to fit an existing window and the tub--they did so much detailed work. I even noticed in the corner of the tub, they cut a tiny sliver of tile at an angle to fit between the tile piece and the tub edge (see pic). I bet most tilers would just caulk it and call it done. They kept their work area clean, and cleaned up after each day. And they are reasonably priced. Highly recommend!"

"My Wife & I  went to a local home improvement center to purchase some tiles for both our bathrooms. We found the tile that we wanted and asked a gentleman in the flooring dept. if he had any recommendations for a tile installer. He gave me a business card for Divine Tile & Stone. Being new to the area, my Wife & I were unsure who we should go with or trust. I called the Company and Miguel answered the phone. I explained to him what I needed done. He said no problem and asked if he could come to my house and give me a free estimate. I of course said "Yes". Free is always good. Miguel arrived on time for the estimate and quickly quoted what the cost would be and how long it would take. I decided to go ahead and have them perform the job based not only on the recommendation from the home improvement center but on Miguel's demeanor. It was a good decision. From start to finish, Miguel was very professional in everything he did. He kept me informed during the whole process. From arriving on time, to performing the tile & grout job, Miguel did an outstanding job. The tile actually came out better than we could have imagined! When he left, I went out to the front of my house where he had his work area set up and I could not find anything visible that he had left behind. Nothing! "He was really, really good, except that he has a tendency to underestimate the effort, which is fine by me. He was there for three and a half days and his bid was for two days. So it took him a whole lot longer than he expected to do, but he didn't charge me any extra money. He did a great job. He left everything as clean as it could be. Every day when he left, he cleaned up. He was on time every morning and stayed all day. He did exactly what I wanted him to do."
