"One of the doors in my old house took longer than expected but all three are now working or have been replaced. Brian was easy to contact and available within a couple weeks."

"Rafael was great - he fixed our front door knob and lock, replaced another door handle, and our towel bar. He worked us into his busy schedule and came by on a day that was best for me. Rafael picked up parts he needed at Home Depot after assessing what we needed, and efficiently completed all three jobs."

"A soft wall due to improperly installed gutter by some other entity or homeowner caused water to constantly leak into the wall from the exterior roofline. This soft wall grow moldy and become riddled with pests/bugs. The contractor identified the potential issues, agreed to explore and open the walls and discuss the conditions, made sound recommendations for repair and did exactly what was noted in the repair (replaced a load bearing exterior wall, fixed the sill plate, completed the roof, shingles etc. and closed up the walls on the inside with insulation and sheet rock.). The work was timely, well done, the workers were clean as they did the job and kept the rest of the property clean. The manager of the job David Apel was and is an excellent communicator with phone/email/text and photos of processes and progress. I am going to use this company in my own investment endeavors on other properties and projects given the level of finished work, the timing and especially the level of detailed communication."

"Nixon showed up in a rain storm after hours and worked quickly to repair several glass/aluminum doors. He did a fine job."

"KBK Construction does an excellent job. Top notch work that reflects our vision every time. Easy to communicate with, reliable and punctual. We started with a clean slate in the basement and KBK listened, fulfilled every detail and built an amazing playroom with built-ins, bar, and home theatre.
