"We are a repeat customer of Adam Contracting and will continue to use the company. They have done an excellent job on everything we've hired them to do; this project was no exception. The room looks great! For this project, Adam Contracting redid wainscotting in the room and added a shelf, did wall repair, installed crown molding, painted the walls and trim, and installed a light fixture."

"We chose VKB to do our complete gut master bathroom renovation and were so happy with their work in terms of reliability, craftsmanship, and customer service that we hired them to renovate our hall bathroom as well. For both bathrooms we worked with Calvin as our designer and Jason as our project manager, and both of them went above and beyond to make sure that we were happy with the design, that the project ran smoothly and on time, and that the final product was exactly what we wanted. We wouldn't hesitate to use VKB again if we need any other work done on our home, and we have already begun recommending them to family and friends and will continue to do so. We are very pleased with our experience with VKB!"

"The Cypress Home Construction did my home addition on the top and rear, as well as renovation for the existing rooms with bathroom addition. The business owner Michelle leaded the crew team to complete the addition job to our expectation with some items exceeding the expectation such as the large arch-bay window and brick matching to the existing brick wall. The existing bricks are out of dated, no longer in production. They did extra works by searching the possible database nation wide to find one inventory with the leftover bricks to ship from other state. The final result is finished with no visible difference between the old and new bricks. Michelle would go extra miles to accommodate customer’s needs and expectations. She is attentive on details without missing a single item. This construction company also did a good post-construction service. For the minor remedy, we called them, they came out to fix any imperfections."

"In 2020, Pre-COVID-19, my wife and I were looking to have our worn out gutters replaced on our home. After consulting with three different companies, American Home Contractors seemed to be the best choice. At that time, John Roda was the Project Coordinator who provided the appraisal. John had several qualities that stood out among the rest. 1. John was personable. 2. John was knowledgeable. 3. John was professional. Due to COVID-19, our plans were put on hold for close to a year. Once we were comfortable with revisiting our home improvement projects, we reached back out to John. Surprisingly, he had kept our information, and although he had an appointment that day, he made time to stop by to conduct another appraisal (personable). He provided visual aids to show what our options were, and made recommendations based on the benefits of upgrading, our needs, and most important.....our budget (knowledgeable). After signing the contract, John managed our calls in a timely manner, researched our inquiries, and conducted follow-ups to ensure that the work performed was up to American Home Contractor standards (professional). We were completely satisfied with the overall end product and quality of service provided throughout our contract. I spoke highly of John because he represented American Home Contractors better than we expected, and that's hard to find today when seeking honest businesses to contract with. We have several more home improvement projects on the horizon, and if all aligns like this recent experience, we will most likely contact American Home Contractors again. Thanks to John for investing his time into our project, and thanks to American Home Contractors for investing in quality employees to represent them. - L. Brinson - #satisfiedcustomer"

"The first reason we would highly recommend Green Studio Builders is the reason we selected them in the first place from a pool of candidate contractors: They listened to us. We appreciated that they were willing to work with our vision rather than trying to upend our ideas. GSB is a design build firm, but we found them surprisingly flexible compared with several architect-contractors we interviewed. The second reason we would recommend GSB is that they finished our project on time and on budget, even though the bulk of the construction took place during the course of the pandemic. They hit their targets even though they were forced to work, unexpectedly, with our family in the house and under foot the whole time. This was no small challenge for all of us, but GSB worked with us to limit the impact and finished the project on time despite the unexpected. The third reason we’d recommend GSB is the quality of the work. From framing to finishings, from the cleanliness of the job site to the custom shelves, their work really is top notch. Nicoleta’s recommendations and her attention to detail helped us improve our design. Our new space – a second story addition and new room off the back – looks stunning, even better than we originally envisioned."

"Outstanding. Looking for high quality siding/Hardie Board, roofing, windows, I highly recommend Sunshine Contracting. About a month ago they finished putting Hardie Board on our Tudor-style home to replace rotting wood and stucco and did a fabulous job at a very fair price (we checked others). The crew was fantastic. Hard working, considerate, friendly, respectful – and talented. I was amazed by their skilled precision and dedication to doing the job right. Nate, the supervisor, kept progress moving efficiently. The crew leader, Ken, knew his stuff and is well-spoken. The house looks beautiful and the Sunshine team ensured everything was cleaned up, put back in order, even preserved gutters. Ryan, the owner, took extra measures to ensure we got the custom colors and other features we wanted. The team was exceptionally respectful of our having to work at home, observed proper social distancing, and scheduled work in stages to be far less disruptive than we thought it would be. We were dreading this job, but the experience with Sunshine put a smile on our faces."

"MTR is really a pleasure to work with. Carlos and his staff were perfect from day 1 to the finish of the project. Polite, cleanly, on-time, and the work was top notch - especially the custom shower they built. I intend to use them again for future projects on my home and would recommend them to everyone. Their pricing is also very competitive."

"I would give Friendly a 3.5 ultimately. I hired them to paint the inside of my home (entire house). Their quote was a thousand less than their competitors and they were able to do the job much faster. In hindsight, I would go with a company that took more time because the job is visibly rushed. The trim looks sloppy, there are bubbles in the paint, and there are dried paint drips. I asked them to come back twice to correct things, which they were happy to do, but I am still seeing things that need to be cleaned up. I'm not totally unhappy with the job -- they saved me a lot of money. I would classify it as solidly "okay" work. I am detail oriented so these little things bother me, but they may not bother others. I appreciate their cost effectiveness and they were highly communicative."

"Excellent work and craftsmanship. He really paid close attention to what we wanted done and he and his crew did an excellent job for us. I have put Rorer's Home Improvement on my go to list for any future work.
