So, I was very pleased that the woman, Catherine, who answered the phone really cared about my situation. She reached out to the technicians and fit my house into their schedule today. I usually pay $100-120 for one gutter cleaning. For same-day service I didn’t mind paying a bit more, $135. Catherine called me when I was the next house to be serviced. The technician, Denny, arrived promptly, was polite and efficient. My gutters are ready for the next storm. Yay!"

When I contacted Carlos, he immediately responded and set up a time to look at the house. He was so courteous and pleasant, extremely conscientious and polite. We walked through the house, and he explained how they clean, and asked if there were any items they needed to pay more attention to, or be extra careful with. I loved his professionalism. Though his prices may be slighter higher than others (not by much -- and appreciate that he wants to pay his staff fair wages), I knew I'd be in good hands considering how much Carlos cared about making sure they did a good job. So, they first came to do a deep cleaning, which was excellent, and Carlos came through to review the work. I now use them on a regular basis! Honestly, I can't remember in any industry, even hospitality, where I've gotten this level of high quality customer service! Really beyond my expectations and kudos to Carlos for being so upstanding, courteous and professional!"

Specifically, there was some kind of black residue on the bathtub and floor corners were not cleaned adequately. For the monthly price quoted, I would hire them again. If hired again, I would call the problem areas to Isabella's attention & conduct a more thorough review prior to her departure so that everything can be resolved immediately.."
