"The initial quote was a good one. The initial deposit payment process I was skeptical about, because, they use a payment system called Plaid, which requires you to pay using your bank account number, after doing my research, I found that Plaid was legit, then WorldClass made it easier for me to pay my initial deposit. The WorldClass Moving storage guys came out to pick up my furniture as planned. Once they picked up, I was able to pay by Zelle. The moving coordinators Janice,Sarah and Don were all very polite and knowledgeable. My only suggestion is they give more reminders of your appointed move date and an ETA on the before or day of your move. Otherwise, so far I have no complaints, looking to receive my furniture arrive at its destination in a couple of weeks. I'll do another review of the final move transport process. "

"We recently used Fast Movers for our move from Tysons to Centreville, and they were absolutely amazing! From start to finish, the team made sure both we and our belongings were well taken care of. They constantly communicated with us to ensure every item and piece of furniture was placed exactly where we wanted it. Everyone was extra careful, treating our things as if they were their own, and there wasn’t a single scratch or bit of damage. They even went above and beyond by fixing a few things for us — which they definitely didn’t have to, since the damage was on us! The whole experience honestly felt like being helped by family — I joked that they treated me like their kid moving into a new home. And true to their name, they were fast! I’ve moved many times in my life and used several moving companies, but Fast Movers is by far the best. "PFM is a brokerage company. Quoted me 2k. When actual movers came they said they would have to charge me more right away. Said they would have to load truck to measure. Charged me another 2k. Said they would store my items in warehouse and charge me storage fees and sue me. Upon delivery they said truck as to big and charged me 500 for smaller truck plus 2k. Said I couldn't pay with CC at that point and had to be zelle. I protested but was told they would leave with my items and put in storage charge me 300-500. Then I noticed items were damaged. My 2k lazyboy had a hole and tear. The insurance company offered me 60 dollars for chair. I was negotiating with ibar from PFM. He offered me 3000 dollars to remove negative review. Then stopped communicating. I took the insurance offer. Said I wanted check. Months later I was informed PFM had my check. Told me they could zelle me money. Told them I didn't use zelle. Was told i must not really want money and hung up on me. "
