Two flights of stairs at the first, two flights at the 2nd. Brought everything to the final location and individual rooms per instruction. Literally laid out the red carpet, everything padded + shrink wrapped. They even went the extra mile to assemble a bed frame at the end of a long day."

They could have squeezed it for two trips if they really wanted to but they made it one trip which shows honesty as two trips would have costed me extra $300 due to the distance. "From the moment we called Regency Moving and Storage, we were impressed by the difference in customer service as opposed to another agency we called. The owner of the company came out that very day to review the services of his company and give an estimate for the move. He was articulate, respectful and honest. We were again very pleased with the packing and moving experience. Everyone was pleasant and very hard working. The job was done in a very timely manner. We stored our things for 3 months before moving into our new home. Not one thing was damaged upon receipt of our goods!
