"Akati did three large projects in my back yard: install a black chain link fence, remove a huge dumping ground of 30 years worth of dead trees and branches, and design/build a dog play/potty area that had a dog door from the house upper level that led to a fully enclosed ramp, and finally to the ground in an enclosed area. The tenant thought it could cause a tripping hazard so I contacted James and he went out there in one day with his crew and remove the concrete and repoured the concrete pad, making it level. He matched the concrete pad with an aggregate finish, and it looked like it did when it was new they were very professional and cleaned up after themselves and the tenant was very happy."
