"The staff member was courteous and thorough in his sleuthing to find what was wrong .He went ahead repairing oe outlet and replaced the IGFC. IHe suggested and I accepted to put in a few more electrical IGFCs and I thought it was a good suggestion so he added them to other outlets. I'm very satisfied with their work and felt the cost for the work was not too high."

"Wonderfully! Technician worked quickly, explained things understandably, diagnosed the problem, and repaired the oven."

"I left a previous review after Mike with Randy's Electric came out to look at the job I wanted completed. That went great and I stated that if I went forward with the project I would hire him. Well, I went forward with the project and could not be happier. Everything went smooth on the date of installation. After discussing the location of the plug in site Mike thought the best location would be in a spot which required him to do extra wiring but there was no change in cost. He was excellent at explaining what he was doing and answering my questions. He even took the time to test everything with the generator hooked up to the transfer switch to make sure we everything worked properly. I have more electrical projects coming up and will definitely be hiring Mike at Randy's Electric. I recommend you do too! Oh and a really great perk is that Randy's Electric offers "same as cash" financing. I applied ahead of the start date and the process was super quick and easy. That really helped out."

"Awesome! Honest, described issue in detail, gave options for repair/replacement, was not pushy, was respectful of my decision. Definitely well worth my time. Very pleased with the service I received. 5 ⭐️'s!!!"

"Very quick to respond, professional service and reasonably priced. I received a call from Bill less than five minutes after doing a post for "emergency" service. He spent time discussing the situation in my home and explained what he felt might be going on in a way that a person without an electrician's degree could understand. Bill had one his guys, Bob, out to my house in about 25 minutes. Bob was very professional and friendly and had the problem figured out and and repaired it in no time. I'm thrilled to have found an electrician I feel confident about and WILL DEFINITELY be calling on them again when the need arises."
