Jack from Performance Fence called first and we discussed my needs. He was extremely helpful and gave me options with pricing. Within 7 days of meeting him and discussing what I and my wife wanted he had the old fence removed and the new fence installed. I highly recommend his company and his staff. "Harvey was friendly and knowledgeable. When he arrived he immediately knew what the issue was and how to fix it. He found a racoon up in the area where the squirrels were as well. He explained to me how he would repair the opening and prevent the squirrels from getting in other areas. In the process of gaining access to the roof to inspect the squirrel problem, Harvey advised that part of my roof was caving in. He even showed me a crack in the kitchen beneath that area of the roof that was a result of the cave in. He strongly advised that I replaced that section of the roof or risk a collapse, particularly with a winters worth of snow ahead of us. Although reluctant, Harvey made me feel confident that he knew what needed to be done. Due to the extreme cold and the holidays, Harvey kept an eye on the weather and planned to do the work on the one mild day, before a big snowstorm hit. As he advised, he finished the job in one day. His workers were polite and friendly and they cleaned up and carted away all their debris. He even patched the crack in my kitchen and painted it! He explained the work as it was going on and showed me a picture of the hole in the roof that had collapsed. I am very glad i trusted him. I wholeheartedly recommend Harvey and his workers. As someone who is used to unreliable and shady contractors, Harvey was a breath of fresh air. He is trustworthy and reliable, professional and competent and his prices were reasonable.
