We reached out to Pinnacle Roofing to inspect my roof and they pointed out some areas that needed major attention and provided options of repair versus full roof replacement. We decided to go with the full roof replacement and could not be happier. So far no issues and we already have tested the roof with snowy and wet weather. Customer service has been excellent. Contacted Pinnacle Roofing to come by and check something months after the job was complete, and had someone at my door a couple of days later. "Several gas lines crossed this apartment-building roof on a mixture of old wood blocks and improvised metal supports. The modified-bitumen membrane underneath had reached the end of its useful life, but the piping could not be pushed aside while the roof was replaced. Some of the wood blocks had also retained moisture and worn shallow depressions into the cap sheet. A licensed plumbing contractor inspected the lines and developed a sequence for raising and supporting them without interrupting service to the whole building. The roofing crew worked in sections beneath the temporary supports, removing the old membrane and replacing damp insulation where the blocks had been sitting. New two-ply modified-bitumen roofing was installed before the pipes were lowered onto broad, nonpenetrating supports. Residents received notice before the brief service interruption needed for the final adjustments. The replacement supports kept metal edges away from the membrane."

"Very happy with the quality, timing and price. Good communication as well. The old roof had to be removed from both the main house and detached garage. The house had multiple layers of shingles that needed to come off and the garage also had the original cedar shingles in addition to the many layers of asphalt shingles. It was very messy getting the old roof off but the crew was really good about cleaning up. At the end of the first day the yard was a clean as it was before the work started. The entire job took only two days and the crew was able to start work the same week I signed the contract. Because less plywood was used than was quoted, the final price was even a few bucks less than the contracted price I agreed to. So overall I am very happy. Was a really smooth and easy project compared to past home projects."

"I am a fairly accomplished do it yourself. Siding, window replacement and kitchens however Iâ m advanced in years and I draw the line at roofing. I am very particular as to how things are done, things have to be right or not at all. I found JI Roofing to share in my standards and in some ways they even exceeded them. There were not sel cited based upon price but they did prove to be the best value. They even went the extra mile (as I would) by eliminating a hump in the roof due to the house structure as originally built. Their attention to detail and quality and pride in workmanship were exceptional. At the end of a long day they completely replaced my roof and everything weather related up there and than took extreme care to clean the entire worksite better than they found it. "Memo's Home Improvement should get more than 5 stars!! I picked one thing they did for me in the service drop-down above but really it was a LOT of things. Demolition of my counters, installation of my sink/faucet, installation of my backsplash, installation of my fireplace tile, spackle/paint and I'm sure I'm missing something. But what's important to mention is the amazing work Memo and his team did. I couldn't be happier with all of it! They set up chimney caps on my main chimney and wood burning stove, as well as a new chimney liner in the main chimney.
