"We couldn't be happier with our choice to use Three Tree Roofing for our roof replacement and new gutters. The price they quoted was in line with other estimates and was a very fair price. Everyone we dealt with throughout the process was extremely knowledgeable and professional. When we were having trouble deciding on the shingle color, they swung by and dropped of some sample shingles so we could make a decision. They stayed in contact from the time we selected them through the end of the process and kept us updated on the status. The crew that installed the roof was very courteous and keep our property clean over the two days it took finish the replacement. Because of rain, they were unable to paint the vent pipes and flashing but they came back a couple of days later to finish. If you are looking to have a roof replaced or installed I would highly recommend that you consider Three Tree Roofing."

"I hired Lifetime Flat Roofs two separate times for different projects. I worked with Adam and Dominique on my upper deck project and again years later for my Bath House rebuild due to storm damage. I would not hesitate to hire them again to replace my flat roof with IB. Both Adam and Dominique have the knowledge and experience to get the job done with quality results."

"Premier Roofing provider quality service. My gutter installation went smoothly and I was provided frequent updates. The roof and yard was left clean after the work and the new gutters look great."

"Emerald State provided an excellent overall experience throughout the entire roofing process. I would highly recommend them for several reasons. These are: 1 - Value. For the price we got the highest quality installation that is possible. Emerald State's quote included all of the additional items that other roofer consider optional, such as ridge venting and a 50 year warranty. When you figure this in, nobody can touch their offer 2 - Workmanship - The crew works meticulously to place all of roofing materials in exactly the right place with the right fit. There are many components that go into the various layers and corners/edges of the roof. On my home, there were several different levels of roof with different edge arrangements. The crew has to take the time to fit all of the materials perfectly so that it looks good and doesn't allow for water penetration. I watched as they worked and they made sure it was done right and looked good. 3 - Comfort during process - The crew worked long and hard to get our job done in a manner that was the least impact on our lives. Each night they would clean up the debris that came off the roof. This included using magnets all over the property to make sure all of the metal was picked up, including the thousands of nails that will come down. Each one of those is a flat tire or injury waiting to happen. The bottom line is that not all roofing companies are the same. Emerald State has figured out how to deliver the best value for your $$ to you, the homeowner."

"We had a great experience. Vitor responded to my email faster than any contractor I've ever hired and provided a very competitive bid. We had a lot of work to do outside of replacing our roof, including replacing all our insulation and gutters, and we discovered a lot of challenges once the roof had been removed (ours is an older house that has been a well of surprises over the years!). Vitor and his team worked with us every step of the way. I got a bunch of pictures during the project, which was great since I couldn't get up there to see how it was going. The crew was quick and did great work. I've already recommended them to friends."

"Sam was quick with contacting us after asking questions over email. The turnaround from price quote to finished was quick, which was a pleasant surprise. He was less expensive than our highest quote, but not as low as our lowest.. but I don't think the lowest would have been this quick or well done. So we do not regret going with Forever Roofing, 100%"

"Pro Roofing did an excellent job putting a 60 ML PVC solution on our roof! Originally it was tar/gravel that was replaced by asphalt shingles in 1998. It had many issues including water damage, old chimneys/vents and a flat garage. Pro Roofing had innovative solutions for all of our concerns. Our new roof turned out very nice and has a modern look! We would not hesitate to hire Pro Roofing again!"

"I had Three Tree replace my roof 3 years ago and they did a great job. But what really blew me away is that during a kitchen remodel this year we discovered some water damage in a section of roof. Three Tree came responded right away, inspected the damage and then fixed the entire thing and charged me NOTHING. They stand by their work and made it right. Matt and the entire team were fast and professional. A lot of companies say they stand behind their work but Three Tree puts their money where their mouth is. I'd highly recommend them."

"From start to finish A Better Roofing company was outstanding. One of the few companies I've spoken to that hasn't exaggerated on work or used scare tactics. They were honest from the beginning with a price around half of the next cheapest bid with the same materials. We had a fair amount of mold and wood rot on our decking so most of the plywood needed replacing. Alan didn't try to make the damage seem worse than it was and gave us a very reasonable estimate on new plywood. One of the guys from a different company was offering to buy me a beer because the mold was "sooo severe" and he was sorry for me. Alan gave us a recommendation on a mold company who actually ended up saying it wasn't too bad. The roof replacement itself was great. The workers were nice, respectful and really fast. I have a friend that used to do roofing that commented on how impressed he was with their attention to detail. The workers cleaned everything up meticulously without leaving any nails, staples or other materials in the lawn. Next time I need a roof, I won't hesitate to call them."
