"Install was on time and as described. '1st Response' did the job I expected for the water heater install. Good customer service for scheduling. Note that the Angie's list price of $799 only covers the installation of 50 gallon gas AO Smith hot water tank. Assuming you also do installation of new brass fittings, new flex lines and new expansion tank (which you should probably all do with the new water heater) it will cost an ADDITIONAL approx $500-600 (mostly labor costs). That's a competitive price but still, you should be aware that the original quote is just for the water tank install itself, nothing else. All-in-all they did a good job for a competitive price. A few months after the install, so far, I can say I would recommend them for this type of work."

"Drain Pro plumbing installed a new Toto flush mount toilet for us which requires a bit more work and effort than standard toilet installations. The technician was extremely knowledgeable, professional, and friendly. They have done other projects for us in the past such as convert a single vanity in the master to a dual vanity and redo plumbing in the kitchen to accommodate our IKEA drawer. I would hire them again for any future projects."

"Mad Pipers did an excellent job on the work! Zack provided the original estimate. He was responsive, punctual, answered all my questions and provided a very thorough estimate of the work we needed done in a timely manner. I took estimates from other companies but Mad Pipers was by far the the most responsive and for the large amount of work we needed done, they were also the best pricing. The job was completed by Zack and Ragen who showed up on time and were very professional. The work itself was a two day job. They made sure to explain everything that was completed. I was very happy with the work they did and as a result asked them back to provide an estimate for some additional (smaller scale) work I needed done on a guest bathroom (replacing old galvanized steel pipes with new copper pipes) and a master bathroom (replacing a popup & drain which was done by Curtis). "We have been living with a 60amp service and Knob and Tube wiring for 37 years. We called Seatown Electric Plumbing Heating and Air,to upgrade our service to200 amps and to replace our Knob and Tube wiring. They promptly sent Matt R, Journeyman Electrician, out to give us an estimate. He was very professional and we walked through the house room by room as he explained what needed to be done to meet code, and asked us what new outlets or features we might want to add in each room. We went from attic to crawl space. Then he sat down with us and walked us through what might have to be done to complete the Job. At which point he ended by giving us a firm estimate of cost and what we would need to do to prepare the house. We made the decision to have them do the work and they put us on the schedule. On the scheduled date Thomas F, and Thomas L arrived along with Matt R. They walked us through the project and told us they had been allotted 5 days to complete the project; on our two story house. They stayed on schedule and actually didn't need a complete day on the fifth day. Thomas F and Thomas L worked tirelessly each day and cleaned up after themselves before leaving each day all this during high 80's temperatures during the day. They took time from their work to answer any and all of our questions as they worked, and at the end of the day showed us what they had completed. All of their work was done with meticulous care given to quality, and journeyman standards to meet and exceed code. I would recommend these two electricians for any electrical project and especially those that may be on the more complicated level. They did our entire house including the installation of a new mast and meter base along with the knew 200 amp breaker box. Thank you Thomas F and Thomas L! Complicating their work was our little granddaughter. She was with us during the whole project and they took extra care to assure her safety and well being. Thomas F even brought her a toy Dinosaur which immediately became her favorite toy. If that were not enough he found out it was my birthday and brought me gift of his personally crafted art work as a present. What a great company and Great People. In this case the aphorism “you get what you pay for” is true. Seatown is worth every dollar."
