"I scheduled my cleaning through Home Adviser. Later that day R/C Carpet Cleaning called and said that day wasn't available. To their credit they did work me in on the day I requested, but not the time. The service tech was about a half an hour late. He was very nice. As for the job cleaning. I requested furniture be moved, They didn't do that my husband had to move it. The only place the tech pre-clean vacuumed was under a bed. No where else that he cleaned was vacuumed. (I have 3 cats, so vacuuming in necessary). He did do some spot cleaning, but missed most of the pet spots in the living room. He cleaned the carpet so fast that many of the spots didn't come up, and spots where the carpet was soaking wet have stained. When the Tech left he left hair and other debris all over my mat in front of my door, and hair globs all over the carpet. It took my carpet 3 days in dry warm temperatures to dry. I am very dissatisfied with R/C cleaning services. I have my own home steam cleaner and I do a much better job."
