His work quality is very good - I cannot tell my new floor from old though we had to use Brazilian Cherry instead of lyptus. He cleaned very well when he left - including final touch with wood color, hiding nail mark etc. I did like his price as well - best among the quotes I got. So he is dependable and good value for money. "

"Check your invoices carefully. They overcharge. I had several types of work done by Pac West Floors. When I reviewed the invoices, I found several discrepancies. I was charged for Sales Tax on the Quotes and again on the invoices (double charged). I was billed for work that was not done, etc. All together overcharged $1400.00. Tried to work with them, first person - yes, we owe you refund. No refund. Sent info to owner - no answer. I have invoices to verify claims.,"
