"Scheduling was a nightmare. No communication between the front office and their service technicians. They screwed up the scheduling on their end, so I had to take another day off. Also, when they finally did show up, they were rude. Usually, people with a language barrier are polite people, but these people treated me snootily. I can look past that but they left a mess everywhere. Rubber gloves, screws and paper were left in their work station when they left. When I went up into the attic to check the furnace connection, I found more trash and work debris. But what's worse, is they didn't move my insulation back after they were done working in the attic. Finally, when I cut them a check on the agreed contact, they told me it was the correct amount. Only later, their HR was calling me for more money. They really have been a terrible experience."
