"I had a water spot on a ceiling in my house so called roof recovery to do an inspection. The tech who came out spent over an hour on the roof pulling up tiles and inspecting and I figured heâ d tell me I needed a new roof! Instead, he informed me that there was some dry rot that needed replacing, 27 broken tiles, and very dirty and clogged valleys (but no roof replacement, thank God!) I had no idea that you should have your valleys cleaned and roof checked but their two man crew worked tirelessly for three days and the difference was amazing- they give you before and after photos which are pretty amazing! A few days after they had finished I was washing my solar panels and normally I would have some water dripping down the tiles into the gutter but now the water collected in the new valley and poured into the gutter like a waterfall- the difference was really amazing! Honestly, I never knew what a â roof valleyâ was or what happens when they get clogged but now I know and will have them inspected every few years or so. I hadnâ t been on my roof so had no idea that I had missing and broken tiles and roof recovery repaired or replaced everything for a very fair price- these guys are great! I had to have some solar panels moved before they could do the job and they worked with my schedule, started when they said they would and finished in a matter of days. The two workers who did the job worked from morning till evening and really did a fantastic job- I would use this company again in a heart beat! If you are having issues it donâ t know anything about roofs (like me) it would be absolutely worth it to use roof recovery to do an inspection and complete any necessary work. Jesse always responded immediately to my texts and all in all it was a wonderful experience working with roof recovery.. they are definitely worth the 5 stars!"

"He not only did the repair with efficiency, he went above and beyond to fix another small issue we didn't know about so that our roof would last it's full life. He was extremely courteous and easy to work with."

"Robert was very quick to respond with a call vs. communicating via text . I sent pictures to him explaining a failed/ incomplete job by another contractor from Thumbtack… the worst ever . Anyway, Robert explained he could complete the job , came with a contact detailing work to be done and an estimate of cost based on the pictures. After inspection of the roof, the estimate was within parameters. Contract papers was signed, Robert got to work right a away. Robert is trustworthy and truthful, he did a perfect job! repairing my roof. I appreciate Robert’s interpersonal and professional qualities… I had no worries about him completing the work. He was honest and fair pricing , trustworthy. I highly recommend Robert for any roof work or repair … you can count on him . Unfortunately , I was scammed by a roofer from Thumbtack for which I broke all the rules to protect myself ; hard lessons learned! However, Robert came with written contact, estimate, proof of license and accepted no money until the job was completed . Those are the rules of business which I didn’t followed the first time and was scanned . Robert is truly and highly recommended!"

"Ramirez Quality Roofing did an excellent job repairing my roof. They gave me a fair price to fix exactly what I asked for. They did not try to upsell or find additional problems. I would recommend their service for roofing repairs."

"The first time the leak was worked on, there was never a good test of the repair because the rain stopped. When it resumed raining hard, in December 2016 and January 2017, the roof started to leak again in the same location. I called the same person I had dealt with for the prior work, and received promises but no action. Everyone who looked at the roof said they saw no problem, but it continued to leak. After 6-8 weeks of inspections, delays, changed appointments, and ongoing leaking, I contacted the office manager and got fast response and good service. Ramon spent time in the attic even though the leaky area was a long way from the attic access entry point, and difficult to get to. He followed the stains from the water from its outside entry point to where it was entering our living space, and determined what needed to be done to really fix the leak. Once he did that (which they had not done during the prior work), the repair itself was quick and easy, and it has rained hard since the repair with no ongoing leakage into our living space. I don't know if we paid for work that wasn't really needed in the first attempt to fix this leak, but I was happy that the warranty on the original work covered this work, and satisfied overall. Lesson to self: call the office first!"

"Ray and his team worked quickly to diagnose a flashing issue on the roof and repair the issue within the same week."

"Response and got the job done"

"They were amazing. Called me back first thing this morning and was also able to move up my roof Inspection to earlier time. They were also able to fix the damage right then and there before the next storm and for a reasonable price."

"Scott Allen and his brother did an outstanding job in repairing the dry rot in the eaves of our roof caused by another company’s faulty installation of leaf gutter guards. Scott came to our house and thoroughly examined our roof and then explained in perfect detail the cause of the dry rot and the necessary repairs. Scott then provided us with a comprehensive estimate that included everything that we had discussed, again in perfect detail. Scott and his brother then perform the repairs exactly as promised. We are extremely satisfied with the high-level of craftsmanship, honesty and reasonable price. We highly recommend Allen’s Allweather Roofing to anyone in need of a true professional roofing company.
