John worked closely with Anna and us throughout the project, which involved the removal of 55 cu. yd. of turf and existing plants, demolition of existing walkways,
repairing existing brick stairway, extensive regrading, construction of a 1200 sq. ft. flagstone and decomposed granite walk and patio, installation of 445 native and drought resistant plants, extensive tree trimming, design and installation of a drip irrigation system for the entire property, application of 60 cu. yd. of walk-on mulch, and design and installation of a pathway and foliage LED lighting system. John?s crew was skilled, hard working and cleaned up the work area at the end of each day. John checked the progress personally most days.
