"I'm never been one to leave reviews; neither good or bad. However, the service I was granted from First Response Restoration was quite remarkable to say the least. The team at First Response Restoration really got me out of a uncomfortable pickle and served it to me as chewable as possible. I was out of town with my family for about 2 and 1/2 weeks and at this time my aging copper pipes decided to have a bladder deficiency and proceeded to push off the ever slightest tinkle of a stream. Needless to say I came back to an unexpected swimming pool so deep one might assume to get his diver's license, as this may be fitting with the abundance of water over staying its welcome. The ever so "helpful and utilitarian" insurance vultures that I've employed for many years, without the slightest need of their toils, decided that after two weeks of continued water damage due to the lack of acknowledgement on the part of the unbeknownst homeowner, us, was not going to be covered. However the team at First Response Restoration guided us through the labyrinth of bureaucratic maelstroms and chaperoned our unfortunate project to completion minimizing any of the inevitable headaches that go along with a disaster such as whirlpools and tsunamis held up in our basement letting their associates, mold and mildew, run rampant among our basement's dwindling vestiges. Had it not been for the finding of those angels I might have very well fitted myself out for the Olympics in domination of the breast stroke event."

"Sump pump stopped working and flooded our basement for about 4 days before we discovered it.  Of course it was on Friday and will all the rains we got over 2 weeks, I couldn't get anyone to come out right away.  I was promised an appt by 2 other companies over the weekend and they never showed up. I called STOP on Monday morning and talked to Jason who probably could hear the desperation in my voice. He couldn't give a time but said he could squeeze me in and would call me in the afternoon.  (I heard that before...) But, HE DID CALL!  And more importantly showed up when he said.  After assessing the basement he gave me a quote and got started.  He had 1000 sq ft of carpet and baseboard ripped up within an hour by himself.  He placed the humidifier and fans and was out within 2 hours of getting there.  He came by the next few days to move things around and check the drying progress.  Jason was such a pleasure to work with despite the situation. He was very professional, courteous, and more importantly honest with the cost of the work done.  I can't say enough about how much I appreciated the work he did and in the manor it was done.  I can assure you that you will be in good hands if you hire him.

"Melissa came and gave us an estimate and also the news that our home had extensive hail damage on all sides. It explained why my house looked so bad. She also made a trip out to meet with our second insurance adjuster because our first was blind to the damage. We had other quotes and no one else had mentioned the hail damage. The second adjuster came and also found extensive hail damage on the roof. Because of her visit, repairs to my home of over 20K were paid by the insurance company. Oscar and his crew were very professional. They repaired some damaged wood, primed, and painted my home and stained my fence. I learned from reading reviews of painting in general that you should make sure you look at everything. That made sense to me. So when it was time for the walkthrough I was very thorough. They touched up, or fixed etc. everything that I brought to their attention. We then did a second walkthrough to make sure everything was done that was found in the first walkthrough. They left me with a home that I can feel proud of."
