"George is simply the best - a real craftsman. He handled our installation and refinishing like he was installing them in his own home We purchased a home and George installed new hardwood into 2 rooms and weaved that into existing floors, added shoe molding, and made the entire first floor look seamless from room to room. All of the floors were sanded and water-popped then stained with jacobean (a dark brown) and finished with a waterbased poly. Every detail is perfect and we receive so many compliments on his work. We will hire George again when we refinish the second-floor hardwood as well. He is the ultimate professional and you will not be disappointed if you work with George."

"We had our install today and we are very happy with our shower. Darren was our installer he called before he came and he showed about 10 min early. He answered all of our questions and very knowledgeable. He seems to have alot of experience. Very nice guy."

"Floor replacement for our entire house was a major undertaking. The workers did a great job, they were professional, arrived on time, stayed longer when needed. They were friendly and patiently listened to all our concerns and found the best way to solve any issues to ensure we were satisfied. They provided good suggestions when dealing with unusual circumstances (existing wooden floor could not be removed without damaging the underfloor, so they had leveled put the entire areas that had carpet to even put the surface before installing the new floor). They cleaned up every day before leaving, they moved all the furniture. They also fully covered the new floor to protect it prior to painting. They also helped us save money by cleaning and refinishing the trim. I would hired them again and highly recommend their services"

"If you want professionalism, honesty, and earnesty, select Zach Smith Floor Sanding & Installation for your hardwood flooring needs. It took Zach a few days to return our call due to the busy season, but it was worth the wait. He reviewed our floors and assisted in minor repairs (moving boards and filling small cracks. He's very honest and not trying to sell you new floors if you don't need them. If we were replacing our hardwood floors, we would hire Zach in a heartbeat. When we need service again, we will be calling Zach. He's eager to assist in anyway possible (goes above & beyond) and tried to adhere to our cost-conscious mindset. One of the best contractors we have ever encountered/met."
