Said they would be back in morning never showed up. I had to call company at 12pm to get update. Just to be shuffled around and told someone would be by Tuesday at the earliest to "look" at it. Garbage service yard looks like a construction site. Papers used to mark fence thrown in yard. Fence pickets and posts scattered across the lawn."

The indoor kennel area was very clean, organized and temperature controlled. After talking with Mike, we chose the 21 day training course for Duggie. We received 2 progress videos during his stay and we were very happy to see that his behavior was already exceeding our expectations.
