It makes me happy every time I walk up the stairs to bed. We had him over twice to give us estimates on our rooms. He was honest, and kind, and his co worker Linda is very responsive. We plan on using his company again (and will only ever use his company for painting projects and whatever else he does). I think it's important to find contractors that you trust and he is definitely one of them."

Mr. Spiro was on the job himself. He is a perfectionist and he and his crew made the house look brand new. "We recently quoted out the painting of our front hallway (includes vaulted ceiling) to 4 different vendors. We chose Perfect Painters because they offered the same level of service (and paint quality) as the other three, but were the most competitively priced (two of the other vendors over-quoted us for a very straightforward project - walls were in great shape: it was just a refresh paint job on the upper walls above the chair rails and molding. One was $1,100 more expensive than Perfect Painters!). When I told these vendors that they had lost the bid due to pricing, both suggested that they were "very comfortable" with the prices they quoted us and suggested that we might be getting a lower quality job from Perfect Painters. I can assure you that was not the case - the team arrived on time and quickly got to work covering the area in tape and plastic. The team of three expanded to 4 or 5 in the afternoon to complete the job in about 6 hours (2 coats on walls, ceiling and crown molding). They did an excellent job and left the space as they found it. I have no hesitation in recommending them and will use them again for my next painting job. Beware of other vendors out there who will jack up the price and try to justify it by suggesting that the job is complicated by elevation (the ceiling is about 19 feet high at the highest point - its called a ladder!, or the fact that they have to tape the banister!) Next time, I won't waste my time and simply have Perfect Painters do the job for me. They are honest and straightforward and the crew who did the job were very friendly and efficient."

"Pretty good. Just a few small issues about areas that needed touching up because of insufficient coverage. I and my next door neighbor did have a professionalism issue. When the two painters needed to rinse out their equipment, they didn't ask me where either of my two outdoor water faucets were located. Instead, they used the outdoor faucet on my neighbor's house, waking her up and making her husband very angry. To the question about whether or not I would hire them again, my response is actually "perhaps," depending on the options available."

"Edwin was very responsive and was the only painter that I contacted on Angie’s List who replied for my request for estimate in a timely manner. He had a good price and kept in touch with me about scheduling so our job was able to be done sooner when an opening came up in their schedule. His crew was on site every morning at or before 8:30 AM for the job which took 4 days. They did a good job on the painting, pressure washing and window cleaning and were very responsive when we pointed out small issues which they quickly took care of for us. Throughout the process Edwin communicated to us in person, via email, and via text messages to discuss paint colors and specific requests. All in all, they did good work for a good price and are the most responsive contractor I have ever dealt with. Highly recommended!"

"We got 4 quotes for re-doing our entire exterior stucco walls and found E.M. Texture here on Angi and based on their reviews and price we decided to go with them. They were not the least or most expensive but right in the middle. Eliazar came out and walked through the process with me a few weeks before the job began, and I felt like I was in very good hands. On work day 1 a big crew came out and got to work and never slowed down. It was about an 8 day job with some downtime due to rain, but they came back as soon as it was dry enough to finish. The walls look spectacular! We are a very unique white stucco townhome community on the lake in Columbia and could not be happier with the way it turned out. Several neighbors have already contact E.M. to take on their work as well. Glenda in the office is nice and responsive and very professional. It's a great family business and I cannot recommend them highly enough!"
