They re-used my brick and did a good job of matching the mortar. They removed the whole area around the cracks, cleaned it up, and then re-assembled it. "I purchased a Big Deal and was contacted by the provider. After I explained my needs (concrete repair), he asked me what my "deal" was for specifically and I replied that it was for concrete work.  He went on to state that he didn't know that Angie's List was offering a Big Deal with his company, and that he didn't do concrete repair, his line was in concrete stamping, staining, etc.   <br /> I contacted Angie's List, explained the problem, and shared the company owner's surprise at how many calls he had received - for something he didn't recall offering because it's not what he does - and was given a refund.   <br /> To his credit, the owner was very nice and he did offer to come out and look at what I needed done, but I didn't want to waste his time and energy on something he didn't ordinarily do on a daily basis as part of his work.    To clarify my response on "Would you use in the future?", I only checked "No" because I do not see myself needing decorative concrete work in the future.   <br /> A strange misunderstanding between Angie's List and the provider, but was handled well for me by both. <br />"
