"They  just checked my air conditioning  inside and outside unit and to make sure everything is okay. I pay a yearly fee of, I think it's $169.00. And that covers both the visits. They originally, when I first contacted them, they came out just did a check-up on the air conditioning system I had and then several months later, the outside unit went out and they put in a new inside and outside system for me. And they come out ever since then twice a year just to do a check-up and then any time I have problems with it, they come out pretty quickly. If they are not out there that same day, they're out there the next day."

"They were very good.  I used them in October. I called and he told me when he'd be here. He did the job.  It works just fine.  He seemed very knowledgeable. and he did a really good job. "There was a miscommunication. When I spoke with Mike on the phone, I specifically asked if they steam clean the carpets. However, he must have misunderstood my question. He arrived with an orbital rubbing machine, like what one would use to buff a hardwood floor. We had that kind of service before with Kiwi carpet cleaning in the Dallas area. And we didn't think it was nearly as good as steam cleaning where suctioning is involved. It's frustrating because we scheduled movers to unload our household goods for the following day and now we're going to have to do a multistage move so we can get our carpets cleaned the way we requested. While we were very disappointed that the service wasn't as we expected, Mike conducted himself professionally and arrived as expected."
