"This company did an overall good job.  The only exception is that they basically cut my crape myrtle in half after I discussed with the owner that I did not want it trimmed down that far.  The owner apologized and stated that he communicated my desire to his crew and that he would have a talk with them. <br />"

That sounded good to me, but when I called their business number I got an answering machine. I tried again a couple of days later with the same result. Third time I called I must have caught the guy off guard because he answered "Oh yes, I was just about to call you..." I described my project and asked if they could come out and take a look at my backyard. I didn't hear anything back for over a week, then the manager and one assistant came out. They looked around and the manager's comment was "This looks like a big job". I thought that was a very odd answer. Is that something bad? Don't you want to get paid to do a big job? Next thing I heard was that they needed to send a third person out to look since he would be involved too. "He will be out by the end of the week". That's the last thing I heard from them. It has now been two months and I have long since hired another company."
