"Very well. Hans does beautiful work. I got several bids from other contractors to do different parts of the job. Hans was the only contractor who could do everything - the wood work, paint, repairs, and finish the garage. His bid was a little higher than the other bids for each part of the project but in the end he was willing to lower his price to do the entire project. Hans did all the work while I, my wife and four small children were living in the house. He did a great job working around our busy schedule and did a good job of minimizing any disruption to my family. The project took longer than anticipated due to the size of our project and Hans had other projects he was working on around the same time he was working on our house. "They were awesome. We had hail damage. They are amazing. The storm was in July, 2016. He came out in the beginning of August to do the initial check of my house. He talked to my insurance company. He was very good with the insurance people in getting my house fixed. It took a while to get done because in Colorado, you can't do some things in the winter. On good days, they would come out and work on repairs.  He subcontracted this stuff out because he looked for people who could do the job at a reasonable price. He is not one of those people that will hire just anybody. He makes sure that the job gets done and people want to work. He called when something came up. He came out to check. He was amazing. He was very informative, very professional and very responsive. I didn't have to deal with a lot of stuff like shady people and insurance scams. He took care of the insurance company and everything else. They were always on time. If they couldn't make it because of weather, you got notification. He would call in advance on the scheduled day, like two hours ahead, so I could get my dogs out of the yard."
