Matt did great job on reaching out, effective communication, and always arriving on-time. He also gave an evaluation on our roof condition. "I had rotting wood around my sliding glass door sill. After coming right out and assessing it, I was given a written quote withing a day. Everything was explained to me by phone. After me deposit, the project was started in little over a week. The workers presented well, were polite, and kept to task. I was kept appraised of their progress with pictures and videos of what they how found( a leaky aur conditioner near the door). All the rotting wood was removed as well as the mold. Everything was cleaned up nicely at the end of the day. The same crew was back at it the next day. The work was exceptional. Again I was kept appraised of their progress. The project was finished and another clean up was done very well."

"I was very impressed with Sentri Homes - their customer service was excellent. They sent a subcontractor to install some vinyl laminate in my bathroom and he ended up getting glue all over the carpet in our bedroom. The sub ended up ghosting both me and Sentri, leaving me stuck with a ruined carpet. Sentri stuck with me for over a month to get the carpet replaced with the identical original and to get the vinyl job 100% completed. The carpet was a Home Depot exclusive and Sentri handled everything with them. I will be using Sentri for a much bigger renovation I have coming up soon, because I know that they will make sure everything gets done right no matter what problems come up. The vinyl looks great too."
