The bathroom sink backed up whenever we drained water from the kitchen sink and made and quot;there's a monster in the pipesand quot; noises. Neither of the sinks U-pipes were sealed to their drain pipes properly (The modern sink pipe sizes did not match the 1930s drain pipe sizes). Air was getting into the system and unpleasant aromas were seeping out. <br /> Dave was quick to respond to our message. He arrived on time and was very professional. He did a good job of explaining the options along with the pros and cons of each fix. Dave tidied up nicely after he was done. The new pipes fixed the problem and it looks like he did a very good job (we aren't experts and couldn't tell you if something could have been done differently). <br /> All in all we were very pleased with his response and his work, and we recommend him. <br />"
