"The installers removed the carpeting from one of the rooms and laminate flooring from the other. They were incredibly fast and efficient, and had the old flooring out in record time! Installation of the wood went so quickly; they arrived at about 8:30am, and were gone by 3:00pm the same afternoon. We were very impressed at how fast they were, and how professional at the same time. The floors are perfect. We couldn't be happier.  <br /> We shopped around in the Coeur d' Alene area, and found a certain wood that we loved at a different store that was pretty pricey. Steven, the owner of Accent Floors, did not sell this particular brand of wood, but was able to contact the representative and get the wood for us anyway, and at a price that saved us money. "Pacific Garden Design was a joy to work with. We overlook a barren hill, and had short, sickly shrubs and plants. Our neighbor on one side has an unsightly fence, and our soil is quite sandy. It was a challenge for them, but this winter they worked out a design that included: adding a Tsukubai water feature and rock garden along that fence, stamped concrete edging, a stone bench along the corner of our property overlooking the hill, softly billowing plants that give us a natural border with the hill, an evergreen oasis at the other corner of our property, and spectacular stone steps that lead you from the front of the house to our backyard. It took a while (our weather has been most uncooperative), but throughout the experience they have been attentive, thoughtful, and listened to what we wanted. Sometimes it seemed as if they had read our minds. Now at the end, they feel more like friends (or even family). I would not hesitate to have them back next year to help us with our front yard. All we're waiting for are a few loose ends to tie the project up. Working with them has been a joy! Melissa, Tom, and Fabian---thank you so much!"

"They installed concrete steps and walkway. Very good to get along with and do what they agree to. They did not put in a flat walk at end of steps on original day of work due I think to a misunderstanding of two brothers. (one did the bid and other the work). Upon asking about this they came back another day and installed the walk, no problem. One minor complaint I have is, they used lumber forms and as a result one of steps has a slight bow in it. Using steel forms would have made this straight."

"<strong>Working with Matt Barton and his team has been a true pleasure. We were introduced to CopperCreek by our design-build firm as we approached the completion of our home construction. Matt immediately opened communication with our builders to be sure that the site grading, gutter system, and other components would fit with what we eventually desired in our landscape. The design phase was very smooth - after speaking with us at length, Matt put together a design that remarkably matched our desires, and with very few tweaks, we were ready to go. He was clear from the outset about the pricing, and we had been clear about our budget, while recognizing that thoughtful landscaping comes with a price; that said, there were no surprises, which we very much appreciated. Matt was very thorough about making sure that we understood what upgrades were available and what they would entail. We never felt pushed to do any part of the plan. We agreed that Matt and his team would select most of the trees and other plantings (deferring to his superior knowledge of PNW plants), and were very happy with the results. Matt also did research for us into the best type of rain barrels to install, and created a very nice space for our kids' playset. Because of strange climate conditions this season, a few of the plants did not survive, and though we were well out of when the contract stated the plants would be replaced, Matt's crew returned to replace the plantings without any questions.
