"<p>Our furnace gave up on us on New Year's Day.  It was an extremely cold winter.  We contacted them and they sent someone out on that very day.  It cost $78.00 for the repair.  We were not comfortable with a gas furnace that was acting up in the dead of winter and called them to give us a quote for replacing ours with a new, high efficiency furnace.  The cost was approximately $2000.00 for everything.  We told them to do it and literally within 3 working days it was installed.  </p> <p>This is the second time we have used them.  The first time was to install a  heat pump in our home.  They came in and put covers on their boots and then cleaned up after themselves before they left.  They were respectful both times.  One of the guys even said our very loved but fat little mutt was pretty.  I would never hesitate in recommending this company for any service they provide.  We are so grateful that they did the work so quickly and for such a fair price because they were concerned for our wellbeing.  Did I mention that it was very cold this last winter?  </p> <br />"

"They pressured me over the pho e a d basically said I was simple minded if I chose to hire anyone else for the same services. The price was completely outrageous for what I had done. I had an independently business clean my mother's floor for 1/2 the price. Additionally, they were friendlier and did not pressure us to add more services just to make an extra buck."

"I couldn't be more pleased. Mr. Menshouse and crew brought a laptop to do the load calculation. It brought down his initial estimate by a few hundred dollars because I needed a smaller gas furnace than he guessed from the initial walk-through. He installed supply and return ducts as needed and based on what I needed for each room. He saw that I was insulating every crack in the house, so he had his crew use a sealant on the ducts before the sheetrock went up. <br /> The cost was a small amount more than some of the lower estimates. However, be warned about low estimates! The lowest estimate was gonna consist of cheaper equipment and a single return per floor! This would have seriously prevented good return air flow and would have been noisy! Mr. Menshouse, knowing that I was watching every penny and was a handy-man myself, even offered to let me help install some of the ductwork to save a few dollars. I didn't take him up on the offer, since I was running plumbing and wiring at the time, but I was impressed that he offered. (I'm not sure he'd extend this same offer all the time.) <br /> Because I have not poured my concrete sidewalks and parking pad yet, Mr. Menshouse will still need to return and install the outdoor units when I pour a concrete pad for them to sit on, but I'm not in the least worried about the service I'll get when this final phase of installation is performed. <br /> Mr. Menshouse is in business with his sons, so I feel confident that his company will be around to provide excellent service for the rest of my lifetime. <br /> I have typed this long review, because I think Mr. Menshouse and his company deserve it. <br />"
