From quote of project to time line. I cannot say enough about the expertise of the workers which matched their work ethic. Always making sure every detail was on point and approved by me. A full Bathroom update plus laying over 300 square feet of tile with full demo of both areas. To come under 3 weeks speaks to the diligence of their work. "I hired this company for painting my kitchen cabinets and was very upset with the service I received. From the beginning communication was poor, I was not told any updates and my house was left unlocked everyday with lights left on after the team left. When the project was done I had to have them come back to fix the overspray and paint splatter on my walls. My stove and counters were not covered when painting resulting in paint getting into these surfaces. The painting edges on all cabinets and on the trim was messy and all over the place in which I was told to wipe off with a cloth. My basement was left a mess and the painters helped themself to pieces of wood they assumed was scrape to use as painting supports- they ended up being pieces of a personal project I was working on. My wood floors were scratched by them trying to remove paint from my floors. At the end of this I was told this was normal practice and to hire a cleaning crew. Felt disrespected during this entire project."

The painters themselves did not speak English and communicating as a mime was not very efficient....Overall the job was done and done well. Would still consider them again."

"Pereira and his team did a great job painting my two story house’ soffit, fascia , cleaned gutters and soft wash siding within the time frame we’ve agreed to. Their price was very competitive among four contractors who provided quotes for. One other quote was same price for painting but wouldn’t do gutter cleaning. Other two quotes were both over 50% more expensive for same scope of work. This is for a rental apartment I need to keep the cost down so that I keep the rent affordable. Good quality work for good price. "
