"They were kind and efficient. I had to be diligent and push them to do a water test of the roof or else they would have diagnosed it with the wrong issue. But other than that, they were able to perform the work and solve the issue. It ended up needing a flashing maintenance rather than to re-do a whole portion of my roof (big difference... $1,500 vs. $4,500)"

"Clearview Roofing did an amazing job for our roof replacement. Exceptional workmanship and was completed in a timely fashion. Danny was our rep and was very personable and kept us in the loop during the project, from start to finish. We are planning our next house project with Danny since we were so pleased with the roof project. Thank you vey much!"

"We recently hired California Roof Experts for a roof leak repair and a roof tune-up. From the start, they were very prompt in providing a reasonable quote. Their team was quick to schedule the job and arrived on time. They were thorough in their work, ensuring everything was addressed properly. We’re very happy with the outcome and would definitely recommend them for any roofing needs. Great service at a fair price!"

"I had the pleasure of working with Gary as the project manager for my roof installation, and I’m extremely satisfied with the results. Gary kept me informed throughout the process, ensuring everything stayed on track and within budget. His professionalism and attention to detail were impressive, and the roof looks great. Highly recommend Gary and his team for any roofing needs!"

"Because I needed only a repair after a tree limb damaged the roof, many roofers either would not bid or I would have to wait for any repair. Universal did the repairs over several days by sending over crews after they had finished a prior job. Worked out well."

"I am very satisfied with Eddy and his team, they did an excellent job installing my new roof and insulation. Eddy was very professional and friendly, he guided me and son through the whole project. Eddy was able to answer all my questions and made feel comfortable with the steps involved. I highly recommend Atom Builders, don't forget to ask for Eddy!!!"

"We had Ocean Seven Builders redo our roof after a small leak turned into a bigger problem. Ron was the one we dealt with, and he just felt easy to talk to from the start. No pressure, no upselling, just explained what made sense. The crew showed up when they said they would and worked pretty steadily through the job. What I noticed most was how clean they kept things?no nails or trash left around. The roof looks great and we?ve had zero issues since."

"The first guy came over and took pictures on an ipad and gave an estimate. I have tile on the first portion of the roof and then the rest is a graded flat roof. He entered the roof from the front meaning he walked on the tiles. After the repairs we completed, we had another big storm and the roof leaked where the tiles were. I later learned you are not supposed to walk on tile. I think he may have disturbed something causing the new leak. He was professional and explained all of the costs, showed me photos. The actual repair person came while I was at work and did the repairs. He sent pictures of all of the completed work. The leak that I called for repair was repaired and never leaked again. He cleaned up the roof as well. I was happy with this. I tried contacting them again but never received a reply. Overall, they got the job done but I believe more care should be taken on a tile roof. I think they should be more responsive to emails because I would have used them again. They were responsive to the initial scheduling and consultation but after that, I could not get a reply."

"There are always businesses that stand out from the rest, and that describes Foothill Painting very well. After seeing their excellent work on a neighbor's home, as well as other positive reviews on Angie's List we contacted them for a complete repainting of our house, including a detached three car garage and some interior walls and trim. From the very first meeting with Kevin, one of the co-owners, we knew we were in good hands. All their crew members are regular employees, not sub-contractors. One painter told us that he has been with Foothill for eleven years. The estimate was detailed and professional. They not only painted... They also did quite a bit of stucco and window glazing repair. The prep work was meticulous. What we appreciated the most was their attitude that they would do whatever it took to make sure we were satisfied. Too bad so many businesses don't understand the value of that! Also, they were very careful when moving things out of the way and the cleanup was great. We're sure that there are some other painters who would have submitted a lower bid but, as always, you really do get what you pay for. We feel that we chose the best, and they didn't break our bank."
