Installed a FENCE UNEVENLY and blamed it on the ground. NO restitution 3. Didn’t finish placing ARTIFICIAL GRASS. Paid in full. NO restitution. 4. A GARAGE DOOR installed incorrectly never corrected. paid in full. NO restitution 5. His workers broke things. NO restitution. Those were the big jobs. Plenty of indoor small jobs have simply FALLEN APART. I’m a patient and empathetic person when I see how hard people work and especially in the summer heat. We had been struggling for months to tackle a massive overgrowth of unmanageable shrubs, bushes, and — to our surprise — thick poison ivy, oak, and sumac that had completely taken over the front of our home. "Martinez Brick came the following day to inspect my “3 sidewalk squares” for replacement. He told me the 4th one should also be replaced, as it was elevated. He gave me a price for 4 squares that was less than a competitors price for 3. Then he said that he would cut $400 off if I could do it “this Saturday”, a date at his convenience because he had a job close by. I said “great!” It rained Saturday and he couldn’t pour cement in the rain. He said “I’ll be there Tuesday”, and I’m honoring the discounted price. Okay. Monday night he called and said he will come Wednesday for sure because he doesn’t want his workers pouring cement in 98 degree heat! I like a boss who cares about his employees. He came on Wednesday and did a PERFECT job!"

I had them over to clean my gutters and I witnessed ladders slamming against the side of my house and they tore one of the edges from the corner of my roof with their step ladder. I will not use them going forward."
