The installers met with me prior to project start to discuss what was being installed, and how long it would take to complete. Excellent warranties for the shingles, winter and ice guard. Provided video example of how their ridge vent product moves air through attic. Excellent price in my opinion of foil heat barrier throughout attic. Took the time to cut the barrier sheets to size and shape around attic rafters and objects in attic, the best that they could. Lots of pictures provided of the beginning, middle, and end of the project. Great price for replacing entire roof, but left the decking as it was still good condition. Also replaced two old windows and caulked the old sill, where there was exposed wood. The crew even used a large plywood piece to cover and protect the plastic cover for my basement window when they throwing debris off my roof. An excellent detail to protect homeowner property. The crew also installed flex hose to a unattached bathroom fan vent in the attic. They attached it to a new vent box in the newly installed roof. Even though it was not requested at the beginning of the project. Good customer service."

"Emergency roof replacement. I knew I was getting close to needing a new roof but overnight that turned into an emergency. On Thanksgiving Day while it was raining, we had water staining on the ceiling and water running down one wall in our living room. I crawled into the attic to find significant amount of water coming in and wood rotted completely out in many places. I know my roof and my house could not survive winter. New roof installation went smooth, very quick. I am super happy with the quality and look of the new roof. Received a quote and gave a deposit on Monday, shingles and supplies arrived on Tuesday, dumpster and a crew of nine showed up on Wednesday, job completely done on Thursday. They used high quality GAF Timberline HDZ 50 year shingles along with water & ice shield in all the problem areas. I had four different roofers give me quote, No Limit Roofing was the lowest ($1,500 lower then then next lowest quote and $5,000 lower then my highest quote). So, needless to say, I am happy with the price. I will be recommending No Limit Roofing to friends and family."
