"From the moment he came to give us an estimate, Craig and Creative Images were everything we could have hoped for. We'd bought our house in the winter, so we were unaware that the property did not drain properly. It became an immediate issue the following summer with standing water at various spots throughout the yard, so we knew it was going to be an unforeseen project. But, more specifically, we knew it was a project we could not afford to get wrong. We received other estimates that were temporary fixes to the problem that were portrayed as "all we needed." While his knowledge and ideas were obviously fantastic, the thing that really set Craig and his company apart was their professionalism and how they conducted themselves throughout all phases of the job. Every single member of the team that worked on our job over a two-day period was personable, pleasant and professional from the minute they stepped foot on the property. I asked several different members of the team questions over the course of the two days, and each one knew the answer without having to ask anyone else. Also, we have a six-month-old daughter, and they made it a point to wave and smile at her while she watched from the window. They left our property spotless when they were finished, and even came back after the first rain storm to make sure everything was working properly. I could not possibly give Craig and Creative Images a higher recommendation. "It was good except for the fact that he was charging for the equipment. They would have charged me more had I had more leaves because they told me that I had to rent the equipment that they used. Meaning, if I didn't have rakes or anything else that they needed to use, blowers, that I would have to rent it. So, what they did was, instead of me paying, they took time off of the deal. They didn't bag the leaves, I had a roll off, I told them to put it in the roll off and when I came back, the leaves were in the roll off without the bags. So then I had to go to Home Depot and buy a tarp and put the tarp on myself. When I called up, Angie's List didn't help me."
