"Our roof had a small leak and we got quotes from a few companies on whether we needed our roof replaced or just repaired. We ended up deciding to replace our entire roof and went with Aura for several reasons. While the initial consult was lengthy, it was needed. We decided to choose Aura because they were so in-depth and thorough with our consult. We were able to trust them and didn't feel them being pushy on why we need top-notch everything or need to add on more services such as gutters or siding when they didn't need any replacement. We knew what we needed and they respected that. We are incredibly happy with the work done by Aura. Everything was explained to us in terms of issues with our existing roof and what the new roof would be like. Thank you to Alex, Joe, Matt and the rest of the team. Everyone here is honest and knowledgeable in their work. We had no issues from the initial consult up until the very end. Everything was left clean and put into the dumpster which they are picking up later this week. We also got to see many photos through the process (a few attached to this review) which made the process even better. I'm expecting I won't need a new roof now for a very long time but if I do I hope Aura is still around!"

They reached out right away, set up a time to meet the next day at 8:30 am, showed up on time, listed to what I was looking for, thanked me, wrote a quote (perfectly reasonable and in line with other quotes), recommended guards because of the enormous oak tree, weren’t pushy, worked out terms, and they had everything done within days. Everything turned out great! That is the kind of company I like to work with and will gladly pay for their service. In contrast other companies that reached out required my spouse to be there and would schedule time for an estimate unless she was there. Others showed up late without communication and took over an hour to provide an estimate. Quotes given that were double what other were giving and then tried justifying with more sales pitches."
