When we had some issues with the older less reliable lighting programing software, Drew upgraded us at the cost of the new hardware and did not charge us a cent for the labor involved. The new Lutron system has been exceptional and it is helping us both, Envision and my budget, save money since it is rock solid. "Terrific. Rich had the motion detector installed 18mo ago, and recently it stopped working. Called Rich to fix, and he arrived on time as planned, took it apart, and saw one of the connections was loose (root of the problem). He fixed and didn't charge us a thing, even though it was well over a year since he had it installed. What service! We'll continue to use Rich for all our electrical and lighting needs."

"The owner Wes is very responsible and thorough. His very courteous team installed 2 ceiling fans and a chandelier in rooms where there were no fixtures. So, they had to fish for the electrical source and cut into drywall. They cleaned up, had a good drywall repair person. Wes even followed up and located a longer chain for my chandelier which was too short coming down from the ceiling and came back to make this adjustment and did not charge additional. I would definitely hire him again. The only issue we had was arrival time...they travelled to Glenmoore all the way from Boothwyn and sometimes we were waiting a bit for them to arrive."

"Fabulous. The initial meeting with Roy was terrific. He showed me easy ways to solve two out of the three issues I had. He was pleasant, polite, and knowledgeable. The price for installation of my light fixture was very reasonable. His worker, Dalton was prompt, careful, thorough and cleaned up after his work. He calked around the new fixture and filled the holes from the old one I would absolutely hire Wes Carver Electric again. I felt entirely comfortable with them."

"We have a 3 storey house and the team at Brite Idea came out and put up the lights on the house. They had to come out a second day with a longer ladder to finish up but the end job was worth the wait. We did the lights around the bushes which balanced the others beautifully. We agreed to a 3 year contract which suits us since we love having the house lit up for the holidays. I'm sure we'll continue as long as we live here."

"I needer three outlets changed from the original two prong to polarized and a switch repaired. It turns out that the outlets weren't grounded and needed a different type of outlet. Mr. DiGregorio changed out all three outlets and replaced the switch in less than a half hour. He left the work arra clean and looking undisurbed. He was pleasant and kind and I will use him for any future projects."
