"Was it the worst experience...? Was it the best experience...? Neither. Yes, I have hot water. Yes, the piping looks great for the tankless hot water. But, they had to come back a 2nd time to fill in the hole. See pictures. Yes, I was taken advantage of. I paid way too much. The final bill matched the estimate but in retrospect it was too much. Customer service simply stopped once I started challenging the work that was done. I have a large pipe sticking out of my condo that is unsightly. After I asked to have it corrected I was ignored. I would not recommend this company."

I started this business because I have a passion for creating anything that is needed and fixing anything that has an issue. Flavio, the foreman/supervisor for the hardscaping was terrific, as was his entire crew. We had some permitting issues with the township early-on, which Izabella resolved by staying on top of it and keeping us informed.
