"Estimator came and described the fence options.  Competitive pricing for privacy fence.  Contractors completed work per schedule.  After fence was put up cracks appeared in multiple locations and bowing of fence walls created gaps in this new privacy fence. 
Owner came over and observed situation in a few days after contact for these issues, said $100 extra for labor to remove bowed fence walls that were creating gaps.  Not sure why they include this option up front or they could have let me know they were giving me a cheaper option up front (not sure why they would even offer) and then let me know this would have been needed anyways for true quality privacy.  Repair work was done promptly.  IMO its a good price, quality experience was a bit meh, but they give 5yr warranty on parts/workmanship so they'll come back and fix it up in a prompt manner either way.

"Very happy with owner, salesman, and work crew. They rescued me after another contractor started the fence, then walked off the job. They put up most of the fence in the winter, put up temporary fence in the spots that could not be done due to the season, then returned in the spring to finish. They were very considerate of my indecisiveness by making suggestions that would fit my needs. They were very tolerant of, and pleasant to, my two obnoxious dogs. Since the fence has been in place, three different people have stopped to ask me who did the fence, because it looks so nice from the street."

Pete the project manger was very nice & easy to deal with. Updates were right as things happened as they said it would. Reese & Ryan were our installers. 4 windows & a door. Very pleasant guys! It's an old house so they found a few issues along the way but took care of them. I witnessed MANY extra steps that they were taking along the way & it was really nice to see. Just don't see that much anymore... All in all a great experience! We are very happy with the end result & will for sure hire them again.... The only complaint would be it was pushed out a couple times but what isn't these days...."

"One structure in the form of a arbor with a gate completed our fence.
     The other structure a small deck outside of the lower sliding glass doors, with a pergola added,
     gives a quiet shady respite to the yard.
      We also had Hal design and build a fountain feature added to the garden area itself.  Which gives a soft
      and flowing water sound near the small deck.
      The work overall is outstanding with a very finished look.  It was also accomplished as per estimate of
       time and cost.  They were very considerate to make the work space neat and clean each day at finish
       time.
     
       We would "highly" recommend these contractors to anyone wanting this type of excellent yard work done.
