"They went above and beyond for our project. They did exactly what we wanted and more. They even went as far as helping get some debris moved for us while they had their equipment out here. They built us these two beautiful rock retaining walls with ramps down the center and even went above and beyond by adding gravel to the second/third tier when I had mentioned I wanted to do it in the future. Their pricing was fair and they even helped out my mother in law to do some work. *If I could post a photo I would, but the file size is too large*"

"Ian does a top contractor who is also reasonably priced. Other contractors did not offer me the customized solutions for some unique layout issues. He had clear opinions, but he actively seeks understanding what the client wants. He was always prompt, reliable, and efficient. One time, I decided to make a last minute change in the synthetic deck color. He twisted arms to get the order changed , and I saw from the Timber Tech website that the new color was more expensive. When I offered to pay the difference, he said no because the guys he used to set the foundation were faster than he had budgeted in the quote! I have done many projects, and have never gotten that response. Ian Grant, the owner, is equally competent, honest, and ethical. On top of all this, he was the lowest bidder. He will be my go to person for future construction projects. He is such a pleasure to work with I am recommending him to friends and don't think I will bother to get competitive bids. He absolutely deserves Home Advisor's top certification."
