"Hired for a move-in deep cleaning. Provided clear expectations prior to the job, particularly because we would not be onsite and had to rely on our realtor to provide Oneida with access. We had high hopes based on ratings and communication, but became skeptical the day of service when her team was done in 2hrs (we were told it would take about 4). We moved in approximately a week after the cleaning and found that several appliances were not cleaned as expected including the freezer section of the fridge which had brown stains, the broiler section of the oven which bad crumbs and sticky residue, the washing machine which had hair and debris inside, etc. We clearly did not get out money's worth and we're very disappointed with the quality of the work. I suspect a better job would've been done if we were there in-person, but we were taken advantage of in this situation."
