We split the yard in two parts and he just finished part 1 (the back yard), which was top dressing & leveling, ripping out the old plants and redesigning the beds. I think they did a great job, were flexible when working around my other contractors, and fair priced. After our job was complete, Trevor came out to pick up his check and look at the work; some of the soil had settled due to a hard rain, so he had the guys come out two days later to re-soil and seed. We still have the big half of the job to do but we're pretty confident based on what we have seen so far."
